

PHARMACEUTICAL. Zyx lozenges are used to relieve pain and irritation of the mouth and throat in adults and children over 6 years of age. Zyx lozenges also have a mild local anaesthetic effect.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Zyx:
In rare cases, oral/pharynx ulceration may be a sign of a serious disease. Therefore, if the pain in your throat or throat deteriorates or does not improve within 3 days when using the lozenges, or if you experience fever or other symptoms, you should see a doctor or dentist.
Recommended dose:
Adults and children over 6 years of age: 1 lozenge 3 times daily. Take no more than 3 lozenges per day
Use for children
Children aged 6-11 years: When children under the age of 12 take Zyx lozenges, an adult should check that they are taken correctly.
Lozenges should not be used in children under six years of age.
Zyx should not be used for more than 7 days. If the symptoms have not improved after 3 days of treatment, a doctor or dentist should be contacted.
For use in the mouth and throat. Let a lozenge melt slowly in your mouth.
The lozenges should not be swallowed whole or chewed.
